Which social networks can you manage on Mashup Web Social ?
You can connect your Instagram, Facebook (Pages and Groups), LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Google My Business, and Pinterest accounts. Specific features you can use from Mashup Web :

How do I connect my social networks to Mashup Web Social ?
Lors de votre première connexion sur Mashup Web, des autorisations vous seront demandées afin de pouvoir connecter vos comptes. Ensuite vous accédez  à la partie Pages, et sélectionnez les réseaux que vous souhaitez connecter.  Le nombre de comptes que vous pouvez connecter dépendra de votre plan. 
Which browsers should be used to browse SAAS ?
The browsers compatible with the tool are Google Chrome (any version), Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
How do I link the Meta Business section to Mashup Web Social ?
During the login process, you can directly select the account you wish to add, either Facebook or Instagram.
How do I manage the multi-user function?
By clicking on your account status and then selecting the Settings category, you can directly access account user management by selecting the Manage my users button. This will allow you to add a new member to your account and assign them a specific role. You can add Editors who will be able to manage the pages you assign to them, or designate them as account administrators. This will give them full access.
How should the languages used be managed?
When you log in to the platform, at the top left of your account status (part of your account name), you can choose from a selection of five languages: French, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese.
How do I contact support with Mashup Web Social ?
If you are a customer, you will find our support chat on our Overview page. Simply log in and click on the message bubble icon to access the live chat. You can also send us a DM on Instagram. If you have questions about using Mashup Web Social for your business, request a demo. For general questions, you can send us an email.

Content publishing and planning

How do I create my content ?
After connecting your networks to the Mashup Web platform, you will see an ‘Add Post’ tab appear in the top left corner. Click on ‘Add Post’, then select your social accounts or a network group and create your post. You can add emojis, links, images, and videos to your text, and you can also bold, underline, or italicise your text. Don't forget that you can also mention accounts and even personal accounts on LinkedIn. You can then preview how your content will appear on each network, and you can also make changes to a specific post.
How do I schedule my posts ?
After creating your content, you can post it immediately, schedule it, or save it as a draft. If you want to schedule your post, simply select ‘Schedule’, then choose the date and time you want it to be published.
Where can I find my scheduled posts ?
You can find your scheduled posts in the “Planner” section or in “Post” then the “Scheduled” tab.
Is it possible to publish GIFS ?
Yes, it is possible to publish GIFs with Mashup Web Social.
How to choose a custom thumbnail for a video ?
To select a custom preview thumbnail, simply upload the desired image file by clicking on the Add/edit thumbnail button.
Is it possible to edit scheduled posts ?
You can edit scheduled posts in the tool by going to the post section and selecting the relevant category. You will find all your posts currently being planned in the tool and can edit them by selecting the button.
Is it possible to edit a post that has already been published ?
Platform users can edit a post that has already been published by reposting it and then editing the body of the post.
Is it possible to tag a user or location in an image on Instagram ?
Currently, the tool allows you to mention Instagram users by selecting the ‘@’ symbol in the post composition section, then entering their Instagram username, if the account is connected with two-factor authentication! If this is not the case, you must provide the URL of the account to be tagged in order to mention it. However, the tool does not have a location addition feature.

Does Social Web Mashup work with a secure HTTPS connection ?
You can access the platform interface via a secure connection, which is preferable.
Which browsers should be avoided when connecting to Mashup Web Social ?
Avoid using the following browsers: Opera, Opera GX, as these browsers block certain pop-ups and cookies from websites.
How do I enable two-factor authentication ?
To activate two-factor authentication, simply go to the Bots section and select the social network on which you wish to perform this operation. Then enter the bot for that account and go to the two-factor authentication access level below the source settings and click on the two-factor authentication button.
How do I delete my Mashup Web Social account ?
To delete your account, simply go to the Settings section and click on the Manage my account button. Below the information form, you will find the button to delete your account.
Is my personal and professional data secure?
With the Social Web Mashup tool, your data will be completely secure thanks to our expertise in GDPR compliance.
What should you do if you forget your password or wish to reset it ?
If you have forgotten your Mashup Web password, select ‘Forgotten password’ on the login page. You will then be redirected to a password reset page. You will then receive an email allowing you to change your password. If you are still unable to reset your password, please contact our support team.

How do I activate the concierge service feature ?

How do I save my content as a draft ?
To save your post, simply click on the ‘Save’ button to save it as a draft. Drafts appear in the “Posts” section and will be marked as drafts. You can view your content later, and to edit it, simply click on ‘Edit’.  If you are satisfied with your changes, you can schedule or post it, or save it if you are not. 
Can I send a PDF document to my LinkedIn post ?
You can add PDF documents to the platform and even rename them before posting them on the LinkedIn social network.
Where can I find statistics for my social media accounts? Are they combined or separate ?
You can find your account statistics in the tool's reporting module. Multi-account global analysis will soon be available on the platform.
How do account mentions work in the publication section ?
When writing your post, simply select the @ mention tool to mention a social media account on the various platforms. For personal mentions, simply enable two-factor authentication on your account so that you can mention accounts without having to add the URL of the account you want to mention.
How can you integrate RSS feeds to automate publishing ?
To do this, you will need to go to the ‘Bots’ section to set up automated scheduling for your posts by selecting the desired social network. Then, by clicking on the ‘My Sources’ section, you can directly add RSS feeds from various sites. Example: If you want to retrieve videos from a YouTube account, select the YouTube button and then add the YouTube username or YouTube profile URL to retrieve the videos and share them via the platform.
How are the ‘BEST POSTS’ calculated ?
Our software analyses your post data based on the number of impressions that the post or posts have generated, the engagement rate, likes, retweets if you are on your Twitter account, and replies.
How does the Heat Map work ?
The platform monitors the click-through rate, engagement rate and impressions generated by your account in order to offer you a way to plan and publish your content on the analysed social networks.
How do I add an RSS feed to my sources ?
If you wish to add an RSS feed to your sources or even another source, it's easy. Simply go to the ‘My Sources’ tab, add a source, and submit it. You can add:
  • The URL of your RSS feed
  • A topical issue
  • URL of your YouTube page, Vimeo
  • And your Pinterest URL
How do I export my statistics ?
You can view your statistics in the Reporting section of the tool and set an analysis period. In this section, you will find a button that allows you to export your statistics to CSV, Excel, and Open Document files. You can also import them into Google Analytics.
How does RSS feed automation work ?
Mashup Web Social retrieves articles directly from the RSS feed of the specified website in order to make them available to you.
Is the tool intended solely for professionals with multiple social media accounts? Or can individuals with a few social media accounts use it too?
The Social Web Mashup tool was initially developed for editorial professionals, community managers, social media managers, editors-in-chief and more. However, our tool is freely available to users who wish to manage social networks, regardless of how many social networks they have.
Is it possible to have publications approved before they are published ?
It is now possible to have your posts approved before publishing them. By clicking on your draft post, you will see your post details with a ‘NOTES’ button. By clicking on this button, you can indicate to another user that this post needs to be approved before publication. The user with administrator privileges will approve it so that it can be posted.
How can you create groups based on social networks?
By accessing the ‘PAGES’ section, you will be able to create one or more groups by clicking on the following button: . You will then be able to name your group and add the pages to be linked to the group.
Can Social Web Mashup manage large accounts?

Mashup Web Social plans are suitable for medium-sized businesses and large accounts, including digital agencies, real estate companies, or any business that needs to manage large volumes of social media.
Is it possible to reply to my users' DMs ?
Access to the ‘Moderation’ section will depend on your subscription type. If you have a “Starter” or ‘Standard’ subscription, you cannot reply to or DM your users. If you have a Premium subscription: access the ‘Moderation’ feature, then you will find the conversation section at the top left. By accessing the moderation area on the platform, you will find the ‘CONVERSATION’ button, which will allow you to reply directly to your exchanges on META platforms: Instagram, Facebook. For LinkedIn, you will be able to reply directly to comments posted on your publications.
